UPDATE: The Milford Police Department charged two juveniles in relation to a burglary at Kings Ice Cream.
Through investigation, police developed a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old male as suspects. On Tuesday, August 20, both were charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree conspiracy and theft under $1,500.
The 14-year-old was released to a guardian on his own recognizance. The 16-year-old was released on $2,250 unsecured bail to a guardian. Both are ordered to appear in Family Court at a later date.

Around 1:50 a.m. on Sunday, August 18, an officer noticed what appeared to be a possible burglary to Kings Ice Cream, on the Riverwalk on South Walnut Street. Further investigation revealed that an unknown suspect had entered the building through a window and removed a cash register and an undisclosed amount of money.
