Noble’s Pond added four new team members to its professional staff.
Katelyn Folker serves as Noble’s Pond’s online concierge, responding to inquiries from prospective residents, providing them information and scheduling on-site tours. She comes to the community with several years of sales and customer service experience specifically catering to 55-plus clientele. Previously, Folker worked for Avenue Medical/Avenue Medical Construction in Dover as a service coordinator and administrative assistant. She attended the Harris School of Business in Dover, earning her Certified billing and coding specialist certificate.
Joie Larosa, design consultant for Noble’s Pond, has a background in residential and commercial design and construction, assisting homeowners with interior selections to outfit their new homes. In addition, she manages all products found in Noble’s Pond’s Design Studio. Larosa worked for several years as a project specialist running the Interiors Remodeling Program for Lowe’s Home Improvement in Millsboro. She also has held positions as a residential designer for firms in New York City and Connecticut, and as a commercial construction sales engineer in upstate New York. Larosa earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from the University of Hartford in Connecticut and studied interior design at the Fashion Institute in New York.
One of Noble’s Pond’s two new housing consultants, Jesula Petit-Frere, markets the community’s resort-style lifestyle and works with potential homebuyers. With a background in interacting with customers, Petit-Frere guides potential homebuyers through the entire home-buying process. Prior to joining the Noble’s Pond team, Petit-Frere worked as an accounts payable specialist, office manager, financial aid analyst and senior accounting associate. She holds degrees from South University, Pennsylvania, including Bachelor of Science in health care, Bachelor of Science in business and Master of Science in human resources.
Olley Strong, housing consultant for Noble’s Pond, has a sales background in multiple areas and holds various licenses. Strong has sold and managed in the automotive industry and the insurance field and has forwarded his passion into the world of real estate. Before becoming a Noble’s Pond housing consultant, Strong worked in sales for K. Hovnanian Homes in Maryland and Dan Ryan Builders in West Virginia. He is versed in helping people through the home buying process and is truly dedicated to each person he has the opportunity to meet. Strong earned an associate degree in business finance and marketing from Shepherd University in West Virginia and has plans to further his education.
