The House of Coffi, 14 E. Loockerman Plaza, Dover, hosted its grand opening ribbon cutting April 23 with the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce.
Owner Kristin Stonesifer was joined by Dover Mayor Robin Christiansen, family and friends to celebrate the business.
Stonesifer’s inspiration to open House of Coffi comes from her passion for coffee combined with a love of music. She had vision of a coffeehouse with pieces from local artists on the walls and vinyl records playing in the background.
In addition to coffee, the café also serves bagels for breakfast, three panini sandwiches and an assortment of baked goods from La Baguette, as well as Fifer Orchard’s apple cider doughnuts. Customers can enjoy live music on the front patio, and the team is currently searching for local musicians to showcase their talent at open mic nights.
