Janney Montgomery Scott announced that Vincent Crognale, senior vice president, wealth management and branch office manager of the Greenville office, was selected as the firm’s Branch Office Manager of the Year.

This honor is presented annually at Janney’s May Branch officer manager meeting and honors unsurpassed expertise in the field, a dedication to service, leadership and resourceful integration of resources in the office and the community.

Crognale has led the expansion of Janney’s Greenville branch office throughout his tenure as branch office manager. Since 2013, he consistently ranked as one of the firm’s top branch office managers for revenue and recruiting performance. Over three-and-half years, he has recruited nine experienced financial advisers with more than $700 million in client assets. In total, he supervises 26 professionals, including 17 advisers. In addition to leading Janney’s Greenville branch, Crognale is a leader among Janney’s other branch and complex managers. He currently chairs Janney’s Branch Office Manager Leadership Council, a forum of Branch Office Managers focused on improving productivity and profitability, and providing a superior financial adviser and client experience.

With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Crognale began his career in 1995 with Wheat First Butcher Singer and spent 13 years with Smith Barney/Morgan Stanley before joining Janney in 2013. In 2017, he was named to On Wall Street’s list of the nation’s Top 10 Branch Managers. He spends time volunteering for the Boys and Girls Club of Delaware and is a past president for the Porsche Club of America in the Delaware Region. Crognale received a Bachelor of Science in management with a concentration in marketing and a minor in economics and labor relations from Widener University and a Master of Science in finance with a concentration in investments from Drexel University.
