Dover City Councilman David L. Anderson, 4th District, is making available the city’s Grantfinder program to “our non-profit partners,” he said.

Anderson announced the acquisition on his Facebook page and is using discretionary funds to pay the small additional nonprofit fee.

He is launching a public invitation coinciding with the addition of a new intern, Wesley College Political Science major Svetlana Kozikowski, who will primarily handle the program.

“This program will help our non-profits find new funding sources, which is vital to helping them to improve life in our city,” said Anderson said in a press release. “This is part of my continuing commitment to focus on what matters most to the lives of the people of Dover.”

Nonprofits who want to participate should send the nature of their nonprofit and the areas for which they seek grants to Criteria, contact information and deadlines will be made available via PDF. There is no charge.
