Quinton Russ also is charged with a probation violation.
Officers with the Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole have arrested two men on drug charges.
Dover Police Department spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said Quinton Russ, 34, and Thomas Clark, 29, were taken into custody July 11 in the 200 block of West Reed Street.
Officers contacted Russ during a drug investigation and found he was in possession of a full vial of phencyclidine, otherwise known as PCP or angel dust.
Because he is on Level 3 probation, officers conducted a further, administrative search of Russ’ vehicle, locating more of the drug. In all a total of 42.52 grams was seized, Hoffman said.
Clark, who was with Russ, was found to be carrying six methylenedioxymethamphetamine, or ecstasy, pills.
Both were taken into custody without incident.
Clark was charged with possession of MDMA and released on an unsecured bond.
Russ was charged with violation of probation, possession with intent to deliver PCP, possession of PCP and possession of drug paraphernalia
He has been committed to the Vaughn Correction Center on a $20,100 secured bond.
