The arrests were made by the Dover Police Department's Drug, Vice and Organized Crime Unit

Officers from the Dover Police Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit conducted undercover operations in camping Lot 2 of the Firefly Music Festival Saturday, arresting three Maryland residents on drug charges.

Dover Police Department spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said they were arrested after selling drugs to an undercover police officer.

He identified the trio as Jason Campion, 28, and Jared Specht, 26, both of Sykesville, Md., and Sonja Rodriguez, 40, of Nottingham, Md.

With the arrest, police seized 70.6 grams of cocaine, 58.2 grams of MDMA, seven capsules of MDPV (bath salts), 1.2 grams of marijuana, two doses of LSD and $9,838 in cash.

Each is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver MDMA, delivery of cocaine, second-degree conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Campion was committed to the Vaughn Correctional Center, Smyrna, in default of a $107,500 cash bond. Specht also was sent to the VCC on a $27,750 cash bond.

Rodriquez was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution, New Castle, in default of a $12,500 cash bond.
