The Lake Forest School District recently announced it selected Sarah O’Toole, a kindergarten teacher at Lake Forest North Elementary in Felton, as its Teacher of the Year for the 2017-18 school year.
Her selection was announced at the Lake Forest 47th annual Recognition Ceremony on May 18.

She started at Lake Forest South as a paraprofessional before moving to Lake Forest North in 2013 as a kindergarten inclusion teacher. O’Toole holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in special education, both from Wilmington University.
