The University of Delaware will present a concert from Serafin String Quartet and pianist Julie Nishimura at 8 p.m. March 7 at the university’s Roselle Center for the Arts Gore Recital Hall, 130 Amstel Ave., Newark.

The concert program features Brahms Piano Quintet. In addition, the Serafins will perform Beethoven String Quartet in C Major, Op. 59 No. 3, known as the "third Razumovsky" quartet.

Serafin String Quartet serves as the University of Delaware’s quartet in residence, where they perform concerts, present master classes, coach student chamber groups and host string events/workshops. UD’s Department of Music is dedicated to the musical growth of its students and the cultural enrichment of the community, offering a range of music majors and minors and presenting a variety of public performances.

Tickets are $15 for adults; $10 for seniors, staff and alumni; and $5 students.
