VegDover, a local organization that promotes plant-based diets, recently hosted a vegan brunch at Michelle’s inside Dover Downs.

The event featured dishes from the restaurant’s sous chef, John Flamer, such as house-made seitan, seasonal vegetables and cauliflower hummus.

VegDover is open to everyone, not just vegetarians and vegans, and welcomes those open to trying new plant-based cuisine.
