A Dover man is reporting he was robbed Thursday night during a carjacking incident.

Dover Police Department spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier said the incident took place at 10:22 p.m. Sept. 3 in The Hamlet shopping center.

The man told police he gave a ride to two men from the 7-Eleven store on Walker Road to the shopping center, but that they pulled guns on him after arriving at their destination. The men demanded money and took his cash, cell phone and car, a black 2005 Cadillac CTS.

Both suspects were described as black men between 18 and 25 years old, Hoffman said.
