When electronic duo Intergalactix lands at Firefly this Saturday, they’ll be beaming down a healthy dose of synth choruses, electronic beats, and cosmic vocals – all tied together with a flair for things interstellar and otherworldly.

They’re actually from Australia, which, to be fair, is also pretty far away.

Longtime friends and collaborators Kristian Attard and Serg Dimitrijevic teamed up at the beginning of 2013 in Los Angeles. Their combined experience includes over a decade working on projects with such heavy hitters as Cool & Dre, Jason Mraz, and Earth Wind and Fire.

The duo released their first single last summer and say they are currently working on a new set of tracks. They take the stage at Firefly June 20.
