Five people are vying for three seats on the Felton Town Council in elections scheduled for March 3.

The town of Felton will hold municipal elections between noon and 7 p.m. Monday, March 3, in the Town Hall, located at 24 E. Sewell St.

There are five individuals running for three seats on the town council. They are incumbents Joann Clendaniel, Joseph Yapsuga and Kevin Fletcher.

They are being challenged by Michael Routh and Miguel Corti.

The winners of the election will serve three-year terms on the council.

Frederica and Little Creek have cancelled their March 1 elections as no one chose to run against the incumbents, who all decided to again stand for re-election.

In Frederica, town officials are Mayor William C. Glanden and council members Ricky Maddox, Virginia Sampler and Trish Biler.

In Little Creek, town officials are Mayor Glenn Gauvry, and commissioners Virginia Stanley, Penny Gentry, Judy Hegman and Bob Smith.
