A Dover man, identified as Dwayne A. Wise, has been arrested on three charges of rape.

Delaware State Police have arrested a Dover man after he allegedly raped a local woman Dwayne A. Wise, 58, was taken into custody Nov. 27, according to documents released by Justice of the Peace Court 7, Dover. Wise, of the 400 block of Phoenix Drive, Kentwood Mobile Home Park, was charged with three counts of second-degree rape, and single counts of unlawful imprisonment and terroristic threatening. The charges stem from alleged sexual assaults on Nov. 12 and Nov. 14, which included death threats against the victim. Wise was arraigned in JP Court 2, then released on $77,000 unsecured bail, pending a Dec. 6 court date.
