Officers with the Dover Police Department are looking for two convicted sex offenders who have failed to re-register their addresses are required by law.

Investigators have obtained warrants for Milton Miller, 33, and Richard Ricks, 42, said police spokesman Cpl. Mark Hoffman.

Miller is a white man, standing 5 feet 11 inches in height and weighing 260 pounds. He has hazel eyes and a shaved head. In addition, he has scars on his left knee, right arm, right forearm and upper lip. He also is known to wear a beard.

Police who went to verify Miller's North Queen Street address on Nov. 22 discovered he had moved in October, Hoffman said.

Miller was convicted in in December 2007 for third-degree rape where the victim was less than 11 years of age.

Ricks is a black man, standing 5 feet 10 inches in height, weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a heart on his right arm.

His last given address was in the 700 block of North Bradford Street, but police learned this is a fictitious address.

Ricks was convicted in November 1988 for second-degree unlawful sexual contact where the victim was less than 11 years of age.
