Brencheal, or Brendan and Racheal, were reunited after America’s vote to return one of the evicted houseguests.

What a twist it was. In fact, the twists didn’t end with just Brendan’s possible return either. I’m sure the puzzled looks on the faces of those who worked so hard to get him out said it all, but it was Racheal’s jaw-dropping grin that cameras seemed to focus on most. She was in disbelief.

I’m sorry Lawon thought there was a magical power he’d be given to be evicted with the opportunity to return. Unfortunately, he had no idea on the other half of the twist. But, neither did Kalia and Daniele, who opted to put him up on the block against Racheal, since Jeff saved himself with the veto win.

This moment is what finally got this season on par with the others, excitement-wise. Lawon was a floater, so his departure didn’t affect me as much as Brendan’s return. The two had to battle over a competition to earn the right to be in the house.

Kalia had a chance to get rid of whiny Racheal, but opted to try to score some brownie points with her to stay longer. Mistake! Did Kalia have a brain freeze? I’m guessing yes, because with “Big Brother” you have to “expect the unexpected,” the show’s premise since Day 1. Racheal got the boost she needed. Imagine that (think of her sickening little giggle).

But Racheal is nothing, it seems, without her “man.” Apparently, Daniele can come between “her and her man,” as Racheal so often puts it.

The veterans had the numbers to stay when Brendan returned, plus the addition of Adam and Shelley to their alliance. But, it was Daniele who came out victorious during the HOH competition. as all six of Brendans’ and Racheal’s alliance were eliminated one by one. This make me root for Daniele. I love to see an underdog prevail.

If all went well during the live eviction, it was Brendan who was sent home a second time. If it was Shelley, so be it. You can bet that no matter who stayed, Racheal is going to shake the house about.
