DHIN completes first of its kind state community health record

The Delaware Health Information Network has announced the first community health record system composed of all acute care hospitals and nursing facilities in the state.

The organization's aim through this initiative is to improve patient care and reduce costs by making medical information from multiple facilities available to physicians.
