On Tuesday night, the Polytech Panthers finished second in the DIAA Dual-State Championships, falling to the Smyrna Eagles who have now won three-consecutive titles.After earning a quarterfinal bye, the Panthers defeated Caesar Rodney 40-18 in the semifinal round.
