- Capital Holiday Celebration
- The Dover High School Select Ensemble, the Holy Cross Crusader Choir, Gospel singer Norman Hutchins and Frontline Ministries Choir were among those entertaining the crowd with Christmas carols Wednesday night. In addition, Dover City Council President Tom Leary filled in for Mayor Carey in the official lighting of the city's Christmas tree.
