Dover police are asking for the public’s help as they renew a cold case investigation into the unsolved 2009 murder of a 23-year-old man.
On the morning of April 18, 2009, police found the body of Josue Barclay, of Magnolia, on the ground in front of a building in the unit block of South Governors Avenue in Dover. Barclay had been fatally shot once in the back of the head, a report said.
