Department of Correction officers are looking for a Seaford man who failed to return from an authorized pass issued by the Morris Community Corrections Center in Dover.

Justin Bailey, 23, is a white man, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with hazel eyes and strawberry blond hair. He has a scar on his abdomen and right hand, a tattoo on his chest, the left side of his neck, upper left arm, upper right arm, left forearm and right forearm.

Bailey was imprisoned on a violation of probation charge resulting from an original charge of second-degree conspiracy.
