Friends of Rosline L. “Ronnie” Busch, 70, of Dover, may call on the family beginning at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at the Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover, where celebration of life services will begin at 7 p.m.
Mrs. Busch died of heart failure Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008, at home.
Born Feb. 14, 1938, in Attleboro, Mass., Mrs. Busch was the daughter of the late Edward W. and Clorinda Coupe.
She received the Governor’s Award for her time volunteering at hospitals and made Fallen Angels and bears for terminally ill children.
Mrs. Busch was state director for the State Bowling Association, a member of the Lower Delaware Bowling Association since 1967, a youth bowling instructor, publisher of the Pathfinder Bowling News, owner of Crafty Knook Antiques and the Roseland Estate Raspberry Farm, and an avid artist. She enjoyed spending time with her family, talking on the telephone, playing the piano, and taking care of her trees, flowers and gardens. She achieved many goals in her life and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Paul Busch Sr.; a son, Paul Busch Jr;. a daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Steve Busch-Markel; a grandson, Jordan Busch; and a granddaughter, Brittney Busch, all of Dover; two sisters and their husbands, Sheila and John Stephens, and Irene and Dick Houghton, all of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Busch’s name may be made to the American Heart Association, 1151 Walker Road, Suite 202, Dover, DE 19904.
