Friends of the late Jason George Garber, 38, of Felton, are invited to a memorial service to be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at the Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover.

Mr. Garber died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at Christiana Medical Center, Wilmington.

He was born Oct. 31, 1970, in Lima, Pa.

Mr. Garber was a waterman and enjoyed being with his family.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Edward William and Wanda Garber of Dover; his mother and stepfather, Iris and Johnthan Kammans of Narvon, Pa.; his life companion, Joann Marie Enrique of Felton; a son, Jason Edward Garber of Felton; and a daughter, Ann Marie Garber of Felton.

Mr. Garber also survived two stepsons, Tony Enrique of Dover and Joey Enrique of Felton; a stepdaughter, Heather Scott of Norfolk, Va.; a brother, sister-in-law and their daughter, Christopher, Jerri and Faith Garber of Felton; and a sister, her husband and their children, Melissa, John, Kierstin, Autum and Gabrielle Kammans.

Interment will be at the family’s convenience.

Memorial contributions in Mr. Garber’s name may be made to the Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover, DE 19901-4426, to help defray funeral costs.
