Jacqueline Louise Sisson, 72, of Dover, died Tuesday Aug. 12, 2008, at home.

    Born April 9, 1936, in Whitehall, N.Y., Mrs. Sisson was the daughter of the late John Bernard Gratton and Louise Rose Valastro Gratton.

    She worked for an international banking retail management company, retiring in 1982.

    Mrs. Sisson enjoyed traveling the world but especially spending time with her family. She was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Dover.

    She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Gilbert Winfield Sisson of Dover; a son and daughter-in-law, Gilbert John and wife Linda Sisson of St. Louis, M.; and three daughters and a son-in-law, Ann Louise Patrick of Cary, N.C., Jacqueline Louise and John Felicetti of Elverson, Pa., and Joy Leah Sisson of Baltimore, Md.

    Mrs. Sisson also is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, John J. and Eldrid Gratton of Fairfield, Tenn.; her sister, Beverly Ann Speir of Valrico, Fla.; six grandchildren, Brandy, Kellan, Lindsay, Landon, Melissa and Nicholas; and two great-grandchildren, Molly and Samuel.

    Arrangements are by Torbert Funeral Chapels, Dover.
