Barbara Jean Norby, 71, of Dover, died Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford.
Born Jan. 7, 1938, in Camden, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Elise Peterson Perry.
Mrs. Norby was a correction officer for the state of Delaware for more than 20 years.
She is survived by her husband, Barry Norby of Dover.
Services and interment will be at the convenience of the family.
