City re-opens, trash pick-up delayed
City of Dover offices will be open Tuesday, Feb. 9, with regular hours and liberal leave in effect for non-essential employees.
The city also is implementing limited trash pick up Tuesday. Monday's trash pick up was canceled and will be collected next week.
Most local districts to remain closed Tuesday
Caesar Rodney, Capital and Lake Forest school districts will remain closed Tuesday, Feb. 9.
