Gen. Arthur Lichte, Air Mobility Command commander, presented Col. Manson Morris, 436th Airlift Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. John Evalle, 436th AW command chief, with the 2010 AMC Installation Excellence Award trophy Nov. 18.

Dover Air Force Base was selected as the top base in AMC Nov. 6, and is AMC's representative in the Air Force-level competition for the Commander-in-Chief's Installation Excellence Award.

Lichte presented the trophy during Fall Rally, a semi-annual meeting of AMC wing commanders and AMC leadership, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.

It was one of Lichte’s last acts as AMC commander; the general, who is retiring, relinquished his leadership of the command Nov. 20 to Gen. Raymond Johns Jr.
