These projects were approved by the General Assembly in the Bond & Capital Improvements Act, which is estimated at $601.8 million.
• $16 million for the Kent County Courthouse.
• $2.6 million for the West Dover Connector.
• Construction projects in the following school districts: Capital – estimated $18 million; Caesar Rodney – estimated $13.4 million; Lake Forest – estimated $6.6 million; Polytech – estimated $418,000.
• $4 million for Dover public library.
