The Department of Transportation on July 2 announced daytime lane closures on Route 13 northbound and southbound between Route 14 and Raughley Avenue in Harrington for the construction of temporary median crossings. Construction will begin Monday, July 7 and end Thursday, July 23.
There will be no construction activities from Thursday, July 23 through Saturday, Aug. 1 due to the Delaware State Fair. The contractor, American Infrastructure is doing this project in advance of Norfolk Southern Railroad installing new rail crossings during the weekends of Aug. 8 and Aug. 15.
