Approximately 40 people braved the cold Jan. 12 to welcome their state legislators back to Dover with a message of small government and fiscal conservatism.

The rally, led by the Delaware 912 Patriots, moved inside as the House of Representatives convened for the day and participants mingled with legislators in Legislative Hall. Many carried packets of information on various causes the group would like to see them support, including small government and tougher immigration laws.
