Dover Police have arrested a senior citizen on charges he molested two stepchildren during the 1990s.
Kaye O. Brown, 73, of the unit block of Fairway Court, was arrested June 25, said police spokesman Lt. Tim Stump.
Their investigation indicated Brown had allegedly molested a female stepchild from 1990 to 1995, and a male stepchild in 1998 and 1999, Stump said. All occurred within the city limits, he added.
Brown was charged with five counts of first-degree rape, five counts of unlawful sexual contact and two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
He was jailed at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in default of a $62,500 secured bond.
