The state Department of Correction is advising the public that a prisoner in its custody failed to return Oct. 29 from an authorized pass issued by the Morris Community Correction Center, Dover.
The fugitive, Adam D. Blades, 38, of Harrington, was in jail for violation of probation on an original charge of theft.
Blades is a white man standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair, hazel eyes and tattoos on his right arm, right shoulder, right forearm and left shoulder. At last report he was wearing a beard.
