Students at the Booker T. Washington Elementary School celebrated Constitution Day Sept. 17 with a special program full of songs and skits about the United States Constitution. Beginning the ceremony, the students, including, from left, Jermaine Sudler, Deborah Shurtleff and Madelyn Zeno, all of Mrs. Yvette Davenport’s class, watched as the Dover High School Junior ROTC Honor Guard posted the colors.
