The Delaware Safety Council will offer a defensive driving course from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 26 and 29 at the Milford Parks and Recreation building, 207 Franklin St.The course will provide a 10-percent auto liability insurance reduction for three years, three-point credit toward each paticipant’s driving record and fulfill defensive driving obligations.
