Police say a motorcycle rider from Felton was killed early Friday when he hit a car crossing State Route 10 near the north gate of Dover Air Force Base.Tyler R. Pack, 21, apparently was weaving between vehicles while headed westbound on Route 10 when he hit a 2008 Nissan, driven by Poler M. Oliveros, 24, of Frederica, said Delaware State Police spokesman Sgt. Richard Bratz.
