    C-Schell Spine Specialists, 1169 Walker Road, Dover, recently installed a computer-based spinal adjustment system called the PulStar, which provides patients with a more precise diagnosis and faster relief. The system uses a handheld impulse head with sensors that scans the patient’s neck and back, identifying sources of joint restriction. In its “adjust mode,” the PulStar uses gentle electro-mechanical impulses to relive pain or restore normal joint functions.
