The Delaware Real Estate Commission approved the application of Capital Commercial Realty to operate as an independent commercial brokerage in Delaware. The Commission unanimously approved the application during its regular monthly meeting June 13. The approval enables the company to begin operating immediately.
The newly formed brokerage is operated by Christopher J. Whitfield and G. Steven Montague, both formerly partners of Coldwell Banker Commercial Amato Associates in Newark and Dover.
Capital Commercial Realty will provide comprehensive commercial real estate services for sellers and buyers in all market segments, including office space, retail, shopping centers, industrial, multi-family units, apartments and land.
Capital Commercial Realty’s offices are located at 500 W. Loockerman Street, Suite 600, Dover.

Bayhealth Medical Center named Louisa Phillips, RN, FACHE, of Camden the new Administrative Director of Operations – Cardiovascular Service Line.
In this role, Phillips has system responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of the complete cardiovascular service line offering of Bayhealth Medical Center as well as the oversight of the Respiratory Therapy and Neurodiagnostic Departments.
Phillips will provide overall operational leadership and direction for these departments and has direct responsibility for the Cardiac Cath Lab, Echocardiography, the Bayhealth Cardiovascular Surgery Associates Practice, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Lifestyles Fitness Centers.
Phillips is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a member of the ACHE Regent’s Advisory Council and is Certified in Nursing Administration, Advanced by the American Nurses Association. Dr. Ada Luz Gonzalez has more than 25 years of experience as a bilingual clinician, educator, mediator, life coach and presenter in the United States as well as in many Latin American and European countries. Areas of expertise include crisis intervention, conflict resolution, cultural adjustment, group dynamics and preventative work with families. Her understanding of people and cultures allows her to adapt her counseling sessions to the needs of diverse populations.
Prior to joining Children & Families First, Gonzalez was employed as a civilian contractor as a Marriage and Family Therapist for the U.S. Military at the Wiesbaden Army Airfield Health Clinic in Wiesbaden, Germany.
