53-year-old Judith Duko, of Dagsboro, arrested
Delaware State Police have charged a Dagsboro woman with burglary, assault and other charges.
The incident occurred on Sunday, September 23, at around 2:30 a.m., when troopers were dispatched to the 32000 block of Wingate Road in Frankford for a report of a domestic incident. A 41-year-old male resident advised that his ex-girlfriend, 53-year-old Judith Duko, with whom he has a no-contact order, had broken into his residence and assaulted him, his 42-year-old girlfriend and their 14-year-old daughter.
According to the victim, he and his girlfriend were sleeping when they were awoken by Duko squealing her tires, honking her horn and yelling in their driveway. She then ripped out a screen and climbed through a bedroom window, onto the bed of the sleeping 14-year-old, who was subsequently struck. Duko had a padlock attached to a keychain in her hand and used it to strike the male; she also struck and bit the adult female. All three victims declined medical treatment at the scene. Police noticed the odor of alcohol on Duko.
During the incident, Duko was bit in the face by a dog in the home. She was transported to Beebe Medical Center and later transferred to Christiana Hospital.

Warrants were obtained for the arrest of Duko and she was charged on October 30, 2018 with second-degree assault, first-degree burglary, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, stalking, two counts of offensive touching, DUI, criminal mischief, breach of release, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. She was committed to Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on $16,600 secured bond.
