A Dover man, out of prison on probation, has been arrested in his home on various drug charges.
Anthony Clark, 19, was taken into custody Monday, Oct. 29 at a residence in the 400 block of East Water Street, Dover Police Department spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
Dover officers and those from state Probation and Parole went to the address on a probation visit during which they smelled marijuana, prompting an administrative search of the building. Officers seized 1 gram of MDMA (aka Ecstasy), 162.7 grams of marijuana and $915 in suspected drug proceeds.
Clark is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of MDMA, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a child and violation of probation.
He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of a $3,500 cash bond.
