The Delaware Department of Transportation’s contractor, George & Lynch Inc. will close state Route 10/Willow Grove Road for a pavement and rehabilitation project.

State Route 10/Willow Grove Road will close between Henry Cowgill and Berrytown roads, Camden-Wyoming, from 7 a.m. Aug. 22 through 6 p.m. Oct. 31.

The work will comprise full depth removal and replacement of the concrete with striping.

During phase one, Willow Tree Circle will be closed from Honeysuckle Road to state Route 10/Willow Grove Road; during phase two, Willow Tree Circle will be closed from Mud Mill Road to state Route 10/Willow Grove Road. State Route 10/Willow Grove Road will remain closed through both phases.

At all times, local access will be maintained for all businesses and residences.

Westbound state Route 10/Willow Grove Road detour is south on to state Route 15/Dundee Road, west on to state Route 10A/Henry Cowgill Road and return to state Route 10/Willow Grove Road.

State Route 10/Willow Grove Road-East of U.S. 13 detour, from west Lebanon Road, motorists will travel south on to U.S. 13, west on to state Route 10A/Walnut Shade Road and back to state Route 10/Willow Grove Road. Eastbound state Route 10/Willow Grove Road detour route is east on to state Route 10A/Henry Cowgill Road, north on to state Route 15/Dundee Road and return to state Route 10/Willow Grove Road.
