The Delaware Department of Transportation will hold a public workshop to solicit public input on the proposed intersection improvements at Kenton Road and Chestnut Grove Road in Dover from 4 to 7 p.m. Feb. 7 in the cafeteria of Dover High School, 1 Dover High Drive.

The overall purpose of this project is to improve traffic safety and operations and to enhance bicycle and pedestrian accessibility along Kenton Road. Facilities will compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Attendees will have an opportunity to review the proposed alternatives at the intersection of Kenton Road and Chestnut Grove Road and provide comments to DelDOT representatives.

Interested persons are encouraged to express their views in writing, giving reasons for, or in opposition to, the proposed project. Comments will be received during the workshop or can be mailed to DelDOT Community Relations, P.O. Box 778, Dover, DE 19903; or sent via email to dotpr@state.de.us.
