Becker Morgan Group welcomed three new staff members to support increased project demands and add to a growing staff of 86.
Mckenzie Smith, LEED Green Associate, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in interior design from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After a summer internship with the firm, Smith joined the Dover office as an interior designer and has been utilizing her skills on the Brandywine Country Club Redevelopment in Wilmington and the Datwyler Pharmaceutical project in Middletown.
Katie Waldner joined the firm as a marketing assistant in the Salisbury office. Waldner graduated from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia, with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies/English communications and will be working on projects across all the firm’s office locations.
West Virginia University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in landscape architecture, Chad Carter joined the Dover office as a landscape architect. As a Kent County native, Carter will bring more than 10 years of landscape architecture and commercial and residential land planning experience to current projects including the new Caesar Rodney Elementary School in Magnolia, the new Harrington Library in Harrington and the Nemours/A.I. Dupont Medical Office Building in Milford.
