Delaware Hospice’s Keith Markowitz, director of service development, was nominated to help lead Delaware’s Quality of Life Coalition as vice president.
Markowitz and the rest of the committee, comprised of President John Goodill, Treasurer Terri Latorre-Tegtmeier and Secretary Chris Morandi, will work to help Delawareans navigate the health care system. The vision of the Delaware Quality of Life Coalition is to stimulate public and professional awareness, share knowledge and create change so that every Delawarean is aware of issues and choices related to the end of life.
“I am excited to take on this role with the coalition,” said Markowitz. “My role at Delaware Hospice has allowed me to meet and talk with individuals up and down the state. I hope to represent Delawareans well and continue to demonstrate the importance of having ‘the conversation’ with family and loved ones.”
