The Dover Capitol City Lions held a meeting Nov. 15 at Countrie Eatery.

Kenny Vincent, Lions candidate for the first vice district governor of District 22-D, attended the meeting along with his assistant Lion Melissa Clink. Vincent outlined a platform that he would like to see for Lions in the next few years.

District 22-D Chairperson of Diabetes Awareness and Action Lion Gary Stump visited the meeting and spoke on diabetes.
