Two Alder Park apartment residents have been arrested on drug charges by Delaware State Police. Division spokesman Master Cpl. Michael Austin said Damian “Dash” Legrand, 31, and Richard “Skeet” Smith, 32, were taken into custody Friday, Dec. 8 at the complex at 51 Webbs Lane.
The arrests wrapped up a two-month investigation into drug activity, Austin said.
