Delaware Technical Community College, Terry Campus, was the site of the panel discussion “Terror in the Hometown” on Nov. 16, hosted by Del Tech President Mark Brainard; Caesar Rodney School District Superintendent Kevin Fitzgerald; and Dave Tiberi, president of Emergency Response Security Technology and founder of Delaware Decision Makers.

Security officials from across the state participated on the panel discussion about the evolution of security at the local, state and national levels. The discussion included 55 leaders representing organizations concerned about security in schools, public gathering areas, houses of worship and other locations in light of incidents of mass violence across the nation.
