The Central Delaware branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and cosponsors will hold a free Thanksgiving dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 21 at the Holy Trinity Church of the Living God, 425 W. Division St., Dover.

The dinner will have a traditional menu, and a DJ and door prizes also will be featured.

The Central Delaware NAACP will provide this Thanksgiving event free of charge due to donations of food and volunteers including local branch members, ministers, police and elected officials, the provision of the venue by Holy Trinity Church and sponsorship by Fourth District City Councilman David Anderson, personal and Community Enhancement Funds.
