A team of pro-bono attorneys and volunteer staff, as well as representatives from the Office of Defense Services, the Delaware State Housing Authority, the Delaware Department of Labor, and other community partners, including Rep. Sean Lynn, will host an expungement clinic for youth and adults with criminal records from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 3 at the State Bureau of Identification/Delaware Department of Labor in the Blue Hen Corporate Center, 655 S. Bay Road, Dover.

The clinic will provide free legal aid to help those eligible individuals navigate the process of clearing one’s criminal record. This project is the second such clinic held in Kent County this year. Nearly 100 individuals were assisted at the first clinic, held in March.
