The council for the Dover/Kent County Metropolitan Planning Organization is set to meet at 3 p.m. Nov. 1 in the King Meeting Room of Camden Town Hall, 1783 Friends Way.

Council members are scheduled to vote on proposed amendments to the MPO's fiscal 2018 spending plan, officially known as the Unified Planning Work Program, and to the MPO's planning agreement. The proposed amendments reflect budgetary changes that occurred as a result of the Federal Highway Administration's extension of the MPO's fiscal 2017 UPWP.

The meeting will include annual officer elections for the MPO Council's chairperson and vice chairperson, as well as a discussion of the 2018 meeting calendar for the MPO Council and the MPO's Technical Advisory and Public Advisory committees.

The MPO Council meeting is open to the public, which is encouraged to attend. A copy of the agenda is available at doverkentmpo.org.
