Connections Community Support Programs has operated in Delaware since 1985. It offers a range of services in more than 100 locations, including all of Delaware’s unified correctional system, serving more than 40,000 people annually with a budget of more than $100 million and a workforce of 1,600.

Among the services provided are:

Integrated outpatient medical care, psychiatry, mental health and substance abuse treatment, including opioid replacement therapy, in locations statewide. Family therapy in home and office settings. Outreach, financial assistance, benefits management, prevention, and housing for homeless veterans and their families, and other families in crisis. Affordable housing for individuals and families, including homeless veterans, chronically homeless individuals and families, individuals with intellectual disabilities, adults with mental health conditions and sober residences for men, women and women with children who are recovering from addiction. Employment services that provide jobs for people with barriers to employment. Economic development through our social enterprise businesses, including Catering Connections, which provides more than 600,000 meals annually to at-risk children and adults throughout Delaware. Transportation services for individuals with Medicaid - second largest provider in Delaware. Withdrawal management services for opioid, alcohol, and other addictive drugs in Kent and Sussex counties with 24/7 induction for Medication Assisted Treatment in partnership with police departments in both counties. Residential substance abuse treatment for women and recovery residence for men, women and women with children. Residential alternatives to incarceration for pregnant women and their children. Primary and behavioral health care for all individuals who are incarcerated in the unified correctional system operated by the Delaware Department of Correction and on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with coordination of health information for those exiting and entering the correctional system. Assertive Community Treatment and Community Reintegration Support Program teams that provide comprehensive medical, mental health, substance abuse, housing, employment and other services to people with severe and persistent mental illness in their homes and communities. Mobile dental services at numerous community locations throughout the state, including all Department of Correction facilities.
