The Delaware Department of Transportation announced to motorists that Delmarva Central Railroad Co. will replace, resurface and perform general maintenance at their railroad crossing on West North Street between South Queen Street and Saulsbury Road in Dover.

The work is scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. Aug. 11 until midnight Aug. 20, but could be delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Motorists traveling along West North Street eastbound will take a left onto Saulsbury Road, then make a right onto Forrest Street, then a right to South Queen Street and return to West North Street.

Motorists traveling along West North Street westbound will take a right onto South Queen Street, then make a left on Loockerman Street, then a left onto Forrest Street/Division Street, then a left on Saulsbury Road and return to West North Street.

Motorists traveling along Queen Street northbound will continue on Queen Street, then make a left onto Loockerman Street, then a left onto Forrest Street/Division Street, then a left on Saulsbury Road and return to West North Street.
